At Strathmoor Pediatrics, we participate with several health insurance policies and will bill on your behalf for the sake of our patients.

NOTE: Currently we do NOT accept the Kentucky Medicaid Insurance – Coventry Cares.
If you do not see your health insurance company on the list above, call our office and talk to our office manager. We may already take your insurance, or may investigate further and may decide to take your insurance.
Financial Policies
Our financial policies have been created for the convenience and protection of both you and Strathmoor Pediatrics. You must abide by the Strathmoor Pediatrics Financial Policies in order to be a patient at Strathmoor Pediatrics, unless you have a separate written agreement with our office manager. Insurance Worksheet
Strathmoor Pediatrics offers a worksheet for your use, to help you identify your financial responsibility for health care costs in different areas. The worksheet includes many different situations and codes. Refer to the details of your health insurance coverage book or call your insurance member services representative to fill in the details and help with your understanding and planning of your health care costs. We strive to provide affordable, quality medical care for your child! While payment is due at the time of the service, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts cash, checks, debit cards, and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments, and bank drafts. If special arrangements are necessary, please talk to our office manager PRIOR to receiving services.
Insurance
Additionally, for your convenience, we will submit all insurance claims for you. You are ultimately responsible for any services not covered by insurance. On the day of your child’s visit, please bring your co-pay. If our office does not accept your insurance plan, full payment is required at the visit. Please Note: If your insurance is ineligible at the time of visit, full payment is required at that visit. No refunds will be issued as we will not bill the insurance company.
We will fully attempt to help you receive your full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account. We encourage you to contact us if your policy has not been paid within 30 days.
