By Now You’ve Heard … Yes, Strathmoor Pediatrics has closed it’s doors. It is with a sad heart that I have closed the office as of 31 May 2014. This office has been such a big part of my life for the past 15 years and I will miss all the wonderful children and families that I have come to know over the years. You will need to find another pediatrician to continue your child’s medical care. There are many fine physicians in the community, so I am unable to single out any particular Pediatrician for you. Please be sure to choose someone who accepts your child’s medical insurance.
Obtaining Records … Please obtain the request form from the following link: RECORDS REQUSTS. I ask that you do not take your records home, but that you have them sent to a medical facility to prevent them from getting lost. The website will stay in effect until December 2015 to more easily accommodate everyone.
